How much do I pay for delivery?
We deliver all orders via either Australia Post or private courier - whichever is the most cost efficient for you. We charge a packaging and handling cost of $5.60 per order, and set fees based on weight to keep the prices of delivery as low as possible. If you wish to order in larger quantities please call our team and we will work out a bulk delivery rate to suit your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours. If there is any delay whatsoever, our team will be in contact with you.
Can I return any damaged goods?
Yes you can. If any products are damaged during the delivery process we will exchange them for you. Simply call our team, and we will arrange for you to return the damaged goods to our distribution centre at Unit 1B, 46 Counihan Rd, Seventeen Mile Rocks, Queensland, 4073.
Can I return goods and get a refund?
Unless there is damage to the product or a manufacturing fault, we cannot provide refunds on items bought. We have the highest quality products, and like thousands of other customers, know you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact our team to discuss.
